This genuine OEM intake hose clamp is designed to provide a secure, airtight seal between the carburetor and the reed valve case. It ensures consistent engine performance by preventing unwanted air leaks that can lean out the fuel mixture and cause poor idling or overheating.
This part fits a wide range of models, including the KTM 85 SX (2003-2026), KTM 105 SX/XC (2004-2011), and KTM Freeride 250 R (2014). It is also compatible with Husqvarna TC 85 models from 2014-2026 and GasGas MC 85 models from 2021-2026. Additionally, it fits older KTM 125 Supermoto models from 2000-2001.
Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, this GEMI 40/12 clamp offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability under high-heat conditions. The worm gear mechanism allows for precise tensioning to maintain a reliable grip on rubber intake boots without causing damage to the material.
