This PHDS (Progressive Handlebar Damping System) elastomer kit is designed to reduce vibration and absorb shocks through the handlebars for improved rider comfort. These red elastomers are the hard version, providing a firmer feel and more direct steering feedback while still offering significant damping. This is a genuine OEM part designed for high-performance racing applications.
Compatible with a wide range of models including the KTM 450 Rally Replica (2011-2026), Husqvarna FR 450 Rally (2017-2025), and GasGas RX 450F Replica (2023-2025). It also fits KTM 690 Rally Factory Replicas (2007-2010), various EXC Six Days editions from 2008-2009, and SXS models including the 125, 250, 450, and 540 SXS from 2006-2007.
The kit includes four red elastomers and the necessary washers to refresh your handlebar damping system. The hard compound is specifically engineered for riders who want to maintain maximum control during aggressive off-road or rally riding without the harshness of solid metal mounts.
